Q. How does Krisam Group get paid?
Our services are completely free to meeting professionals, and this is stipulated in the contracts under which we operate. We are retained by our Member hotels as part of their national sales efforts, and like any sales organization, we earn performance incentives. In order to maintain our reputation and relationships with our Members' most valued customers " meeting professionals " we only represent those properties that meet our exacting standards.

Krisam Group saves you time and money. Even if you already have contacts at a variety of hotels and resorts, we represent more than 200 unique properties. Over the years we've developed relationships with all of our Members. With our knowledge, we help you zero in on the right options and then use our long-standing relationships to give you the best value possible.
We field all the questions and responses on your behalf so you don't have to. All of our findings are summarized in an easy-to-use format that can be inserted into your budget presentation. And we're fast. You'll have your responses within 24 hours.

Q. Isn't it my job to do this?
Our repeat customers tell us "no." Today's meeting professional has a multitude of responsibilities. We help by working through all the details, making phone calls and fielding questions from our properties. That means you can concentrate more on key decisions and strategies and less on the tasks that can consume so much of your time.
Also, you can still always retain your existing hotel relationships. We're happy to customize how we support you. Throughout the process, you're in control.

Q. Why do hotels that already have NSOs also retain you?
We've been providing sales expertise for 30 years, so our Member hotels turn to us for the experience we offer and the relationships we've developed. Because we're able to accurately match customers' individual needs with the right properties, we get results that add a whole new dimension to a hotel's sales efforts.
In interviews with sales managers at more than 125 hotels, we've heard them tell us anybody can buy a list and anybody can call a prospect. But the long-standing relationships Krisam has with a very desirable group of customers helps them get more contracts. And the fact that we know our customers so well means hotels learn ahead of time how to best serve them.
Q. If I have relationships with other NSOs or firms that represent the same properties you do, how does that work?
You may have established contacts that you'd like to call in addition to Krisam, and we respect your decision to do so. After all, in this business, all relationships are important. And, because we offer a wide spectrum of options, we're able to actually minimize the overlap by selecting properties others can't show you. We're confident that in the long run our performance will win you over.

A. At Krisam, we're customer driven, and that means, over the years, we've selectively added hotels and resorts that suit our customers' wide variety of needs. Q. If I use Krisam for site selection, do I also have to use Krisam for hotel contract negotiations?
We customize our support to meet the needs you have. We can work with you on any and all phases of the process, from site selection to negotiations to issue resolution. On top of that, our two sister companies can go further, bringing you the right destination management company for your meeting and the content and production that'll make your event a sensation.
