Krisam Group Coordinator

Krisam Group Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between hoteliers and clients to communicate accurate information and provide quick turnaround
- Responsible for sending out client RFPs to hotel members with Krisam lead sheets, following up on responses, compiling response grids to send back to clients
- Administrative support: word processing, faxing, filing, answering phones, composing and editing correspondence
Establishes, maintains, and updates files, database, records, and/or other documents - Organize and assist with mass mailings and marketing projects
- Assist Manager of Events with Krisam trade shows and events as needed
- Various projects (ie: create/ update contact sheets for all member hotels and their sales representatives)
- Working as a team player, assisting any member of the staff as needed
Requirements:
- Candidate must be detail oriented and able to multi-task due to a fast-paced sales environment
- Recent college graduate preferred
- Excellent communication skills- verbal and written
- Excellent computer skills- Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
- Strong typing skills
- File Maker Pro or similar database experience preferred but not required
